Then we check drainage and suitability first. An old bucket is not automatically a good idea because it is old. Can we move and water it easily? The flowers deserve more than our affection for leftovers.

Rosa Huamán, I would be up for comparing attempts, even if joining in person is not practical. Would that help? I need to allow for this: I need step-free venues for in-person plans.

I would keep the first version small enough to find out. I want to keep “Plant flowers in old buckets with neighbours” manageable for the people involved. Comparing a small attempt could work without pretending we are in the same place. We can agree what to share and leave private details out.

On “Plant flowers in old buckets with neighbours”, I would also like to turn leftover materials into a useful object. For me, I need step-free venues for in-person plans.

I'd love a neighbour to help me turn suitable old buckets into flower containers, then share a vegan snack with my daughter and me. We can swap seedlings rather than buy a great display. Which flowers will manage here without demanding a royal salary?

I keep thinking about your plan to plant flowers in old buckets with neighbours. Would a brief first attempt tell you more than another round of planning?

I do not think “Plant flowers in old buckets with neighbours” needs to grow before it is worth trying. I would welcome a small practical suggestion and keep the extra possibilities for later.

Rosa Huamán, I am still not completely convinced, but I would read a follow-up after you try it. I would also like to turn leftover materials into a useful object.

For this wish, Vacibe Tevetoğlu: That is fair. I would rather return with an honest account of an attempt than ask you to be enthusiastic in advance.
