On iPhone, open Profile → Settings → Begin account deletion. On the web, open app settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with the account.
Before contacting us
- Update WishTree and iOS, then retry on a stable network.
- For photo issues, check WishTree permissions in iOS Settings.
- Include the exact error message and steps that produced it.
- For unsafe content, use the in-app Report action so the content identifier is attached.
