Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the WishTree website and iPhone app.

Using WishTree
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental permission before you can use an online service, you must have that permission. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give WishTree a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service according to the visibility choices you make. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
Community conduct
Do not use WishTree for harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, self-harm promotion, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, unlawful activity, spam, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights. The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms and describe reporting and enforcement in more detail.
Moderation
We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. You can appeal a safety decision by contacting the safety team.
Service changes
WishTree may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta or pilot features may change without notice.
Third-party services
WishTree relies on providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and platform delivery and may link to third-party sites. Their services and terms are separate from ours. Apple is not responsible for WishTree or its content, support, or warranties.
Disclaimers and responsibility
WishTree is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. WishTree is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for your choices, activities, interactions, and compliance with law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your account
You may stop using WishTree or delete your account in product settings. We may end access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, licenses already needed to complete deletion or backups, disclaimers, and responsibility—survive termination.
