We can start with the shapes. Then decide whether a safe, simple light adds anything. Does that order make sense? The model need not guide actual ships before it earns a place on the table.

For this wish, Andrés Rojas: I would be up for comparing attempts, even if joining in person is not practical. Would that help? The practical limit is that I prefer daytime meetups close to home.

I can leave that question open until the practical details are clearer. I want to keep “Build model lighthouses with friends” manageable for the people involved. Comparing a small attempt could work without pretending we are in the same place. We can agree what to share and leave private details out.

On “Build model lighthouses with friends”, I would also like to make a matchday meal with neighbours. For me, I prefer daytime meetups close to home.

I want to invite two friends to make small lighthouse models from reused card. First a stable base, then the tower, then paint. We can share a vegetarian meal while they dry. Does anyone have a favourite coastline to suggest for the scene?

I keep thinking about your plan to build model lighthouses with friends. Would a brief first attempt tell you more than another round of planning?

I would protect the time together in “Build model lighthouses with friends”. The exact result matters less to me than an arrangement people can enjoy without pressure.

Andrés Rojas, keep the small version.

That is fair. I would rather return with an honest account of an attempt than ask you to be enthusiastic in advance. That is how I see “Build model lighthouses with friends”.
