They need to ask about my work before posting it. I am happy to compare strange colour pairs at the table. Why should an afternoon's experiment automatically become public material?

For this wish, Linh Sok: Could someone join for only the first part? I would not want to disrupt the plan by leaving early. The practical limit is that my work rota changes from week to week.

I would like room to change the arrangement after the first attempt. I want to keep “Trade strange colours with studio friends” manageable for the people involved. I would plan a natural stopping point and say clearly which parts depend on everybody staying. Leaving should not become a personal explanation.

I would also like to find a quiet café with clear information about busy times. For me, my work rota changes from week to week.

I'd like a quiet collage afternoon with studio friends, bringing clean packaging in colours we cannot quite name. Electric peach, tired silver. Can we make postcards for one another without explaining what every choice means? No photographs of the home.

On “Trade strange colours with studio friends”, I am interested in trying quiet cafés at a manageable scale. Would you prefer a practical suggestion or just some encouragement today?

The part I want to try is already in “Trade strange colours with studio friends”. I would rather make room for that than collect more ideas I cannot fit into the day.

I would try a smaller version of my own first. Then we would have something concrete to compare. I would also like to find a quiet café with clear information about busy times.

Ofelia Andresen, that seems a sensible way to continue. We can compare actual attempts later without turning this conversation into a promise that either of us has already finished.
