It should. Otherwise the timetable only reflects people already managing to travel. How would your travelling collection reach those missing places?

For my wish, “Develop travelling collections shaped by rural communities”: I would ask communities about locations and times before choosing the collection. A regular stop may matter more than a large selection.

That would also give us something concrete to compare with transport gaps, without assuming one route solves both.

An empty space on that sheet might be important too... the person who never reaches the library stop does not appear in our little scene. Could we invite comments through a local place they already use, before fixing the route?

We could, and leave a paper option there. No sense asking about missing connections through a meeting people cannot reach. Who would collect those notes and come back with an answer?
