Yes. We should ask what kind of correction each person wants. Constant interruptions can make a conversation disappear. This is why I am keeping the plan modest: I usually have more time in the morning.

I would choose a few notes afterwards. I want a chance to finish the thought first. I would enjoy talking about the attempts afterwards. I am not sure about joining the activity itself.

That is useful feedback, even if we would choose differently. With conversation practice, I am keen to learn with others. That is a useful distinction. A conversation afterwards can be its own invitation, without requiring someone to take part in everything.

I would also like to learn how to ask for clarification without switching language immediately. I have tried making a little space for conversation practice; the difficult part was keeping the session small enough to repeat.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to learn how to ask for clarification without switching language immediately. One thing I should say upfront: I usually have more time in the morning.

For this wish, Tiziano Cutuli: With conversation practice, I tend to notice how much preparation sits behind the nice result. What would you leave out here?

For this attempt at “Learn how to ask for clarification without switching language immediately”, honest encouragement would help. Practical suggestions are welcome too, provided we leave room to decide against them.

I like that this stayed small. My temptation would be to add three more things before starting. I would also like to learn how to ask for clarification without switching language immediately.

On “Learn how to ask for clarification without switching language immediately”, I would keep the extra ideas somewhere separate. One manageable attempt gives the bigger ideas something to learn from. The help I would value is someone with practical experience.
