Neither would I. I want a clear finish for the first attempt, with a separate decision about doing more. I cannot ignore the fact that I am rebuilding confidence after a long break.

For this wish, Viktória Szabó: A finish time changes it for me. Enthusiasm is easier when I know I can leave. Could someone join for only the first part? I would not want to disrupt the plan by leaving early.

That is useful feedback, even if we would choose differently. With collaborative storytelling, I am a regular amateur. I would plan a natural stopping point and say clearly which parts depend on everybody staying. Leaving should not become a personal explanation.

Viktória Szabó, I would also like to make a reusable map from materials I already have. I have tried making a little space for collaborative storytelling; the difficult part was keeping the session small enough to repeat.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to learn to explain a game without a long rules lecture. I am rebuilding confidence after a long break.

I would welcome someone with practical experience. Is there something comparably small that another person could offer you?

For this attempt at “Learn to explain a game without a long rules lecture”, honest encouragement would help. Practical suggestions are welcome too, provided we leave room to decide against them.

I would try a smaller version of my own first. Then we would have something concrete to compare. I would also like to make a reusable map from materials I already have.

That seems a sensible way to continue. We can compare actual attempts later without turning this conversation into a promise that either of us has already finished. The help I would value is someone with practical experience.
