Yes. Watching should be a real option, not a polite invitation followed by pressure to participate. I need to allow for this: I work some weekends.

I like the idea, but I cannot promise to turn up. Can I stay in the conversation without saying yes? This is why I am keeping the plan modest: I usually have more time in the morning.

That gives me something concrete to consider. With vegan lunches, I am keen to learn with others. Yes. Staying curious is enough for now. I would rather have an honest maybe than a yes that makes someone uncomfortable.

I would also like to host a plant-based meal with friends. For me, I usually have more time in the morning.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to find useful plant-based options for a short trip. I need to allow for this: I work some weekends.

Could we keep the activity off other social platforms altogether? I would rather enjoy it than document it. That is how I see “Find useful plant-based options for a short trip”.

Yes. Sharing a wish does not mean every later moment has to become content. We can decide what stays between the people taking part. That is how I see “Find useful plant-based options for a short trip”.

Blessing Adetokunbo, that sounds manageable.

For this wish, Igor da Rosa: Yes. I want to keep track of what was workable, what took more effort than expected and what I would leave out next time. The help I would value is a practical ingredient swap.
