No. Listening, helping with a small job or simply being there can count. I do not want everyone performing participation. For me, I prefer borrowing equipment before buying it.

If there is a way to join a small version, I would be interested. What would you need to know first? I cannot ignore the fact that I work some weekends.

The useful part of this conversation is making the limits visible. With walking football, I am keen to learn with others. We would need to agree the practical details and whether it suits both of us. Interest here is not a booking or an obligation.

I would also like to build a consistent swimming routine. For me, I work some weekends.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to learn a sustainable strength routine. This is why I am keeping the plan modest: I prefer borrowing equipment before buying it.

I would welcome an accessible venue recommendation. Is there something comparably small that another person could offer you? That is how I see “Share something I learn about walking football”.

For “Share something I learn about walking football”, I would first settle what each person can comfortably offer. Then I would choose the smallest arrangement that still feels worthwhile.

On “Share something I learn about walking football”, what would make you change the first version after hearing all this? For my own plan, I work some weekends.

On “Share something I learn about walking football”, I would change whatever makes joining harder without adding much to the experience. The main wish can stay; the arrangement does not have to be fixed. The help I would value is a realistic weekly plan.
