I would like to help a local rescue improve its public information, so this feels familiar. Could you still call this worthwhile if the result was a bit rubbish?

Yes, if we enjoyed the time and learnt what to change. I would not pretend a poor result was excellent, though. My plan has to fit this: I need step-free venues for in-person plans.

I would rather hear that now than discover it halfway through. With community volunteering, I am a regular amateur. That would be useful. We should compare the conditions instead of assuming the same arrangement works in both places.
