On “Share something I learn about urban walking”, that is fair criticism. I need to choose a time I can manage rather than keep improving the description. This is why I am keeping the plan modest: I do best with short sessions and breaks.

I would enjoy talking about the attempts afterwards. I am not sure about joining the activity itself. One thing I should say upfront: I keep a small monthly hobby budget.

I hear the reservation. I am not asking you to commit just by replying. With urban walking, I am a regular amateur. That is a useful distinction. A conversation afterwards can be its own invitation, without requiring someone to take part in everything.

I would also like to try a familiar trail at a slower pace. For me, I keep a small monthly hobby budget.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to grow a small container garden. This is why I am keeping the plan modest: I do best with short sessions and breaks. That is how I see “Share something I learn about urban walking”.

On “Share something I learn about urban walking”, could we keep the activity off other social platforms altogether? I would rather enjoy it than document it.

Yes. Sharing a wish does not mean every later moment has to become content. We can decide what stays between the people taking part. That is how I see “Share something I learn about urban walking”.

I like that this stayed small. My temptation would be to add three more things before starting. I would also like to try a familiar trail at a slower pace.

For this wish, Jeremy Robinson: I would keep the extra ideas somewhere separate. One manageable attempt gives the bigger ideas something to learn from. The help I would value is a patient birdwatching companion.
