No. Listening, helping with a small job or simply being there can count. I do not want everyone performing participation. For me, I do best with short sessions and breaks.

If there is a way to join a small version, I would be interested. What would you need to know first? I cannot ignore the fact that I need step-free venues for in-person plans.

The useful part of this conversation is making the limits visible. With running, I am just starting. We would need to agree the practical details and whether it suits both of us. Interest here is not a booking or an obligation.

I would also like to learn a sustainable strength routine. For me, I need step-free venues for in-person plans.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to improve my badminton footwork. One thing I should say upfront: I do best with short sessions and breaks.

I would welcome a realistic weekly plan. Is there something comparably small that another person could offer you?

I would protect the time together in “Share something I learn about running”. The exact result matters less to me than an arrangement people can enjoy without pressure.

Count me as interested, Kamil Prokop.

For this wish, Martana Yuliarti: I would change whatever makes joining harder without adding much to the experience. The main wish can stay; the arrangement does not have to be fixed. The help I would value is someone who enjoys a relaxed pace.
