I understand. Writing it down has helped me choose a first step, but it is not the same as taking it. I cannot ignore the fact that I rely on public transport for most outings.

I will reserve judgement until then. The first imperfect attempt would interest me more. Could someone join for only the first part? I would not want to disrupt the plan by leaving early.

That is useful feedback, even if we would choose differently. With swimming, I am returning after a break. I would plan a natural stopping point and say clearly which parts depend on everybody staying. Leaving should not become a personal explanation.

I would also like to plan a gentle return to regular training. I have tried making a little space for swimming; the difficult part was keeping the session small enough to repeat.

That gives us two related aims to compare. I would like to improve my badminton footwork. The practical limit is that I rely on public transport for most outings.

Ancuța Georgescu, could an Instagram picture show the unfinished attempt too, rather than only the tidy result?

That is the version I would want to share, with permission from anyone involved. I would rather show what was useful than make the afternoon look flawless. That is how I see “Improve my badminton footwork”.

Ancuța Georgescu, I would try a smaller version of my own first. Then we would have something concrete to compare. I would also like to plan a gentle return to regular training.

That seems a sensible way to continue. We can compare actual attempts later without turning this conversation into a promise that either of us has already finished. The help I would value is someone who enjoys a relaxed pace. That is how I see “Improve my badminton footwork”.
