For me, I have limited room for equipment at home. Would a beginner slow everyone down? I would not want to become the problem.

A beginner should not be a problem in an invitation that welcomes beginners. I need to choose a pace that makes that true. I need to allow for this: I usually have more time in the morning.

That gives me something concrete to consider. With shared meals, I am experienced but still curious. Yes. Staying curious is enough for now. I would rather have an honest maybe than a yes that makes someone uncomfortable.
