Yes, including small costs that are easy to forget. I would distinguish what we already had from what somebody had to buy. I cannot ignore the fact that I share my free time with family responsibilities.

Could someone join for only the first part? I would not want to disrupt the plan by leaving early. I need to allow for this: I prefer daytime meetups close to home. That is how I see “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”.

I would like room to change the arrangement after the first attempt. With visible mending, I am keen to learn with others. I would plan a natural stopping point and say clearly which parts depend on everybody staying. Leaving should not become a personal explanation.

On “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”, with visible mending, I tend to notice how much preparation sits behind the nice result. What would you leave out here?

On “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”, for “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”, I would first settle what each person can comfortably offer. Then I would choose the smallest arrangement that still feels worthwhile.

I would try a smaller version of my own first. Then we would have something concrete to compare. I would also like to finish a small handmade gift. That is how I see “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”.

On “Make a simple sketchbook by hand”, that seems a sensible way to continue. We can compare actual attempts later without turning this conversation into a promise that either of us has already finished. The help I would value is a low-cost materials tip.
