It might be easier alone. I want some company as well as the activity; that is a separate part of the wish. The practical limit is that I do best with short sessions and breaks.

I would keep the first version small enough to find out. With grassroots tournament organising, I am comfortable with the basics. Comparing a small attempt could work without pretending we are in the same place. We can agree what to share and leave private details out.
