Make a repairable non-safety-critical outdoor pouch

I want to design a small outdoor pouch with replaceable fasteners, make one prototype and ask two walking friends to try it. This is storage, not protective equipment. Can a worn part be replaced without dismantling the whole thing? My zipper should not hold the bag hostage.
